technological conditions for blade
Generally, all the new blade should be edged. If it is not edged, or the edge is not good, the blade can be edged by high abrasive material, like firebrick, soft sand-gravel etc. if it becomes blunt or slips when using, we also can use the same method to repair it. When operating , we should note follows thing：
1）cutting quality （broken edge, finish, slanting cutting etc.）
Elements: blade being out of shape, uneven cutting, blunt edge, askew cutting heads, inadequate matrix strength, improper ingredient etc.
2）irregular wear: excessive wear, side wear, groove bottom groove or crack.
Elements: too low line speed, excessive cutting speed, wrong method of cooling, machine shaking, improper ingredient
3）The cutting speed is too low, and the power is too large.
